of Jewell Industries, Inc..
 Mr. Ronald B. Jewell,
President and Chief Executive Officer, the founder of Jewell Industries
Inc, is an entrepreneur who currently manages several diverse divisions and
sister companies. Jewell Industries has over 25 years experience in the
building services industry. In recent years the focus has been upon
facilities management that includes construction clean-up services, and
janitorial services, floor covering sales and services, supplies
management, copy center management, scanning and document management
services. Jewell Industries was established as a residential maid services
because that was one of the few business opportunities available to
minorities in the 1970s. The Floor Covering Division, established in 1995 is now
the sells and installs $3-5 million of floor VCT, carpeting and padding
annually placing them in the top three minority suppliers of floor covering
on the Eastern Seaboard. The newest division is the Data
Services Division
was awarded a contract for $3 million by FedSim for document conversion.
This division provides document management and conversion services for
commercial and government customers in the Mid-Atlantic Region. For the
past three years revenues have averaged $10 million/year.

Mr. Jewell is a
native of Richmond, Virginia
and attended Virginia
Union University.
He is an active leader in professional, civic, and church organizations,

agribusiness trade between Ghana,
West Africa and the United
States. Founded in 1990 by Ronald B.
Jewell, AATCI has been importing cayenne peppers from Ghana
through the Jewell Spice subsidiary. AATCI is working
closely with the State of Virginia to
establish a new distribution center in Surry County,
Virginia as the hub for all import/export
services to/from Ghana
and the United States.
